Roofing Estimator (Sales)

Seattle, WA | Full Time | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission

Help Lead Our Growth in the Seattle Market

Integrity Roofing & Construction already serves homeowners throughout the Seattle area from our established core office in Poulsbo. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for a high-quality Roofing Estimator (Sales) professional who can help lead and expand our presence in the Seattle market.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, relationship-focused salesperson to take ownership of a growing territory. You’ll have the support, reputation, and resources of an established roofing company while helping strengthen our customer relationships and market presence throughout Seattle.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, independent, and passionate about helping homeowners protect what matters most. If you want to lead a growing market, build strong customer relationships, and earn based on your results, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage your daily schedule and conduct approximately one to three customer appointments per day.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and close roofing sales.
  • Accurately evaluate roofing projects and prepare detailed estimates based on project scope and profit-margin requirements.
  • Effectively manage company-provided leads while generating additional opportunities through networking, neighborhood outreach, and light door knocking around active job sites.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with potential customers from the initial appointment through the completion of the sale.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and broader team to share field insights and support growth throughout the Seattle market.
  • Use email, Excel, and company-provided digital tools to document estimates, track appointments, and communicate with the team.
  • Work independently and take ownership of the Seattle territory with limited day-to-day supervision.
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales or estimating experience, preferably three to five years within roofing, construction, home improvement, or another home-services industry.
  • Previous success in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a focus on trust and genuine customer care.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate as a “business within a business.”
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule while working from home, in the field, and at customer job sites.
  • Confidence conducting one to three sales appointments per day, following up consistently, and closing business.
  • Willingness to participate in local networking, neighborhood outreach, and light door knocking.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email, Excel, and other digital tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to seasonal changes and the needs of a growing market.
Compensation and Training

  • Paid training provided during the initial training period.
  • Uncapped commission earning potential following training.
  • Ongoing coaching and support from experienced roofing and sales leaders.
What We Offer

  • Strong, uncapped commission potential.
  • Company-provided truck, computer, cell phone, and gas card.
  • Collaborative and professional culture that values people over high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of and help lead an expanding Seattle market.
  • Career growth with an established and growing roofing company.
  • Medical and dental benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Unlimited PTO after one year of employment.
If you’re an experienced salesperson who wants to take ownership of a growing territory and help Integrity Roofing & Construction expand its presence throughout Seattle, we’d like to meet you.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.
