Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Sequim office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients at the front desk
- File and organize warranties, permits, and job documentation
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry
- Submit warranties and permits in a timely manner
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members to ensure paperwork is completed and processed efficiently
- Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (must be available Saturdays)
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to work Saturdays
